Event Piano Rental

We maintain a great selection of both upright and grand professional pianos for performance and event use. Event rentals include delivery, set-up and pick-up, including on weekends.

Home Piano Rental

Pianos for ongoing personal use can range from upright to baby grand model from Kawai. Rentals start under $100/month. Rental payments can be applied towards future purchases on select piano models.

Recital Hall Rental

Forte Piano Recital Hall is equipped with the best acoustics and features beautiful semi-concert grand pianos either by Shigeru Kawai or Schimmel to accommodate even the most discerning pianists. The recital hall can be rented for recitals, concerts, and recordings.

Recording Studio

A full-suite, state-of-the-art, recording studio in Forte Piano’s showroom.

Returns & Cancellations For Items Bought In Store 

 

Faulty items

If you wish to return an item purchased in store that is faulty, you can do so within 7 days of purchase, assuming the fault is a genuine manufacturing one and not caused by misuse. We will offer to exchange the item for the same or another item of your choice of similar price (any difference in price must be paid in full by the customer), or offer a refund if appropriate.

Change of heart
If within 7 days of purchase/order, you wish to return or cancel an order on item purchased or ordered in store  due to personal preference or a change in need, we will try to exchange it for another identical item or may consider taking it back, in which case the the customer would be charged a cancellation/restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, at the discretion of Forte Piano Music Company. (Any return delivery fees would be responsibility of the customer)

Special Orders Policy:

To initiate a special order, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be credited towards the final payment amount for your special order and cannot be used towards any other purchase from Forte Piano Music Co. Please note that special orders are not eligible for any promotions or discounts.
